Update Information: If you have given Rose Hills information in the past and now

Rose Hills Refund Policy
Rose Hills takes up to 5 business days to refund the customer. All refunds will
be made in the form of a check.
VISITATIONS and SERVICES at ROSE HILLS WHITTIER: Your flower arrangement
will be carefully transported to the visitation and/or service by Rose Hills staff.
There is no fee for this service. Please place your order as early as possible to
insure timely delivery. If you place an online order for delivery to a visitation
or service that is scheduled to begin within five hours, or if you place an online
order after 6:00pm PST for delivery to a service scheduled for the next morning,
please be aware that in order for us to meet the visitation or service time, some
flowers or the arrangement style may differ from your selection. Be assured that
your order is important to us and should a substitution be necessary, our designers
will create a beautiful arrangement to convey your sentiments.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR VISITATIONS and SERVICES at ROSE HILLS ALHAMBRA:
Our Alhambra location is currently serviced by our local flower provider. You may
order flowers on our website for this location. A $3.95 delivery/handling fee applies.
LATE ORDERS: Please call us at (888) 767-3880. We will
make every effort to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement or plant in time for
the visitation or service. If it is too late and we are unable to make delivery
in time for the service, we can arrange for an appropriate arrangement to be sent
to the burial site or the family's home with your thoughtful message. Just give
us a call-we're here to help you!
OUTSIDE DELIVERIES: For deliveries outside of Rose Hills in the local
Whittier area there is a delivery fee of $9.95* for the first arrangement in an
order, and then $4.98* for each additional arrangement in the order delivered at
the same time and place as the first arrangement. For deliveries outside of the
local Whittier area but still containing a zip code in the USA, the delivery fee
is $13.95* for the first arrangement in an order, and then $6.98* for each additional
arrangement in the order delivered at the same time and place as the first arrangement.

FLOWER PLACEMENTS: Our staff will be happy to place flowers for you.
There is a minimum order of $10.00 and a delivery fee of $3.00* for placements made
at Rose Hills Memorial Park. Multiple items ordered for placement in the same burial
lot on the same day may be combined under one delivery fee. Holiday placements (Easter,
Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas)
begin approximately five days before the holiday. Unfortunately, due to the large
number of placements being made during these periods, we cannot guarantee delivery
at a specific time of day.
